Batchly cookies stay fresh for up to 7–10 days when stored in a cool, dry place. Each cookie is individually packaged and sealed to maintain freshness. For best results, keep them away from direct sunlight and heat.

Yes. Our cookies contain wheat, eggs, dairy, and soy. They are made in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts. If you have specific allergen concerns, please reach out before placing an order so we can discuss your options.

Yes. For all orders, we provide a digital proof of your cookie design for approval before we begin baking. We want to make sure everything looks exactly right before it goes into the oven.

Our minimum order is 12 cookies. For corporate campaigns and large events, we recommend ordering in multiples of 12.

Simply fill out our order inquiry form and we'll follow up within 24–48 business hours to discuss your design, quantity, timeline, and pricing. Once confirmed, we'll send you an invoice link to secure your order.

We recommend placing orders at least 7–10 business days in advance for standard orders. For large corporate orders (50+ cookies) or holiday gifting campaigns, 2–3 weeks notice is preferred to guarantee your slot.

For the best print quality, we recommend submitting your logo as a PNG file with a transparent background, or a vector file (SVG, AI, or EPS). JPEG files are also accepted but may result in slightly lower print clarity. If you're unsure, send us what you have and we'll let you know if it'll work.

Once your order is confirmed, we'll send a secure invoice link via Square. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required before production begins.

Yes — we offer local delivery throughout Metro Atlanta. A flat delivery fee applies based on your location. Local pickup is also available. Shipping options are coming soon

Because every order is custom made, we are unable to offer refunds once production has begun. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled production date will receive a full refund. Please reach out as soon as possible if your plans change.
