  • Joining the waiting list means you’ll be the first to know when Batchly Atlanta opens for orders. You’ll get early access to order slots and exclusive launch offers.

  • We are currently in our soft opening phase and preparing for a full launch. Orders will begin rolling out on a limited basis starting in April 2026. We’ll notify everyone on the list as we open up availability in batches.

  • Yes! If you have a specific gifting occasion or campaign coming up like client appreciation week or a product launch, let us know by contacting us below. We’ll follow up to prioritize your request.

  • Batchly cookies stay fresh for up to 7–10 days when stored in a cool, dry place. Each cookie is individually packaged and sealed to maintain freshness. For best results, keep them away from direct sunlight and heat.

  • Yes. Our cookies contain wheat, eggs, dairy, and soy. They are made in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts. If you have specific allergen concerns, please reach out before placing an order so we can discuss your options.

  • We make classic sugar cookies with a smooth icing finish, printed with your logo or custom artwork using food-safe edible ink. Every cookie is made to order in small batches — no mass production, no shortcuts.

  • Absolutely. Corporate gifting is our specialty. Whether you need a one-time order or recurring gifts throughout the year, we'd love to be your go-to gifting partner. Reach out to discuss volume pricing and recurring order options.

  • Yes. For all orders, we provide a digital proof of your cookie design for approval before we begin baking. We want to make sure everything looks exactly right before it goes into the oven.

  • Our minimum order is 12 cookies. For corporate campaigns and large events, we recommend ordering in multiples of 12.

  • Simply fill out our order inquiry form and we'll follow up within 24–48 business hours to discuss your design, quantity, timeline, and pricing. Once confirmed, we'll send you an invoice link to secure your order.

  • We recommend placing orders at least 7–10 business days in advance for standard orders. For large corporate orders (50+ cookies) or holiday gifting campaigns, 2–3 weeks notice is preferred to guarantee your slot.

  • For the best print quality, we recommend submitting your logo as a PNG file with a transparent background, or a vector file (SVG, AI, or EPS). JPEG files are also accepted but may result in slightly lower print clarity. If you're unsure, send us what you have and we'll let you know if it'll work.

  • Once your order is confirmed, we'll send a secure invoice link via Square. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required before production begins.

  • Yes — we offer local delivery throughout Metro Atlanta. A flat delivery fee applies based on your location. Local pickup is also available. Shipping options are coming soon

  • Because every order is custom made, we are unable to offer refunds once production has begun. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled production date will receive a full refund. Please reach out as soon as possible if your plans change.
